Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of facility management & security services.
- Ensure smooth functioning of housekeeping, security, technical, and support staff.
- Monitor site performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Handle client escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and contract retention.
- Attend client review meetings and submit performance reports.
3. Manpower Management
- Plan workforce deployment as per contract requirements.
- Supervise site supervisors and ensure proper staff attendance.
- Coordinate recruitment for operational staff.
- Manage training, discipline, and performance evaluation.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, safety norms).
- Maintain all operational records and documentation.
- Ensure proper uniform, ID cards, and site registers are maintained.
5. Financial & Cost Control
- Monitor operational budgets and control expenses.
- Ensure billing coordination with accounts team.
- Optimize manpower utilization to reduce cost leakage.
6. Quality & Safety
- Implement quality control measures.
- Conduct safety drills and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and service quality as per industry standards.
Pay: ₹15,033.85 - ₹45,000.00 per month
