- Handle salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS regulations
- Manage attendance, leave, and shift data integration
- Generate and distribute payslips
- Handle Full & Final Settlement (F&F)
- Maintain payroll records and employee data confidentiality
- Prepare MIS reports and payroll reports
- Support audits and statutory filings
- Coordinate with HR & Finance teams for payroll inputsSAP Payroll / SAP HCM (Mandatory)
- MS Excel (Advanced) – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
- HRMS/HRIS Software
- Payroll tools like GreytHR / Keka / ADP (preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
