Position Summary
The IT Coordinator – ERP Systems is responsible for the overall management, optimization, implementation, and support of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem. The role ensures that ERP applications effectively support business operations across Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Technical Operations, Commercial, and other business functions.
The position serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, software vendors, implementation partners, and internal IT teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient ERP operations while driving continuous process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Strategy & Governance
- Develop and execute the ERP roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Define ERP governance, standards, policies, and best practices.
- Ensure ERP systems remain scalable, secure, and aligned with business growth.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend system enhancements.
ERP Operations & Support
- Manage day-to-day ERP operations and ensure high system availability.
- Oversee incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure timely resolution of application issues within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities.
- Monitor ERP performance and implement continuous improvements.
Implementation & Projects
- Lead ERP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with implementation partners and third-party vendors.
- Ensure successful testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Drive business process standardization across departments.
Business Process Improvement
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Recommend ERP configuration improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support process redesign initiatives and digital transformation programs.
- Ensure ERP workflows comply with organizational policies.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between business departments and IT.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to review system performance.
- Provide executive updates on ERP initiatives and project status.
Integration & Data Management
- Manage integrations between ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems.
- Oversee master data governance and data quality initiatives.
- Coordinate system interfaces with finance, HR, procurement, CRM, and operational platforms.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure ERP security aligns with corporate cybersecurity policies.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and segregation of duties.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for ERP applications.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage ERP software vendors and implementation partners.
- Review vendor performance and service delivery.
- Negotiate support agreements and licensing requirements.
- Control ERP-related budgets and expenditures.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor ERP analysts, application specialists, and support staff.
- Allocate workloads and monitor team performance.
- Identify training needs and support professional development.
- Foster collaboration across IT and business teams.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop dashboards and ERP performance metrics.
- Monitor system utilization, availability, and user satisfaction.
- Prepare management reports and executive presentations.
- Track KPIs and recommend improvement initiatives
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
