We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive to generate new business, build relationships with key clients (builders, architects, interior designers, housing societies, hotels), and convert leads into long-term AMC customers. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calls, and networking Meet and pitch to builders, architects, interior designers, housing societies, hotels, and corporates Present and explain pest control service packages and pricing Convert leads into AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) – high commission on AMC sales Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain CRM records of leads, visits, and conversions Coordinate with technical team for site surveys and service delivery Collect payments and assist in client onboarding Build long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
