Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Pharmacy Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of pharmacy management, inventory control, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily pharmacy operations
- Monitor medicine stock, inventory, and expiry dates
- Ensure accurate billing and dispensing
- Coordinate with doctors, suppliers, and management
- Maintain pharmacy records and regulatory compliance
- Lead and supervise pharmacy staff
Requirements:
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm qualification
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy management experience
- Valid Kerala Pharmacy Council Registration
- Good communication and computer skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
