Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated SEO Executive with 1–2 years of experience in both on-page and off-page SEO, including Google optimization and lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on both online and offline SEO activities and driving measurable traffic and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, keyword optimization, content structuring)
- Handle off-page SEO (backlink building, directory submissions, outreach)
- Manage and optimize Google tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Execute local SEO and offline SEO strategies where required
- Work on lead generation campaigns to improve conversions
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Monitor website performance and improve search rankings
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams for SEO-friendly content
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of Google algorithms and ranking factors
- Experience in lead generation through SEO or digital campaigns
- Understanding of off-page and on-page optimization
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush (basic level)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
