Job Description – OT Technician (Operation Theatre Technician)
We are hiring qualified and experienced OT Technicians to support surgical procedures in our partner hospitals. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining operation theatre standards and assisting surgeons during procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before surgeries
- Sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses during operations
- Ensure all OT equipment is functioning properly
- Maintain strict hygiene and infection control protocols
- Handle surgical instruments during procedures
- Manage OT supplies and inventory
- Clean and reset OT after surgeries
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma / Certification in OT Technology
- Experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in shifts
