The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring top talent, driving employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR processes. Prior experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency is preferred.
Key Responsibilities -
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Support performance management, training coordination, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Contribute to HR process improvements and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
