We are looking for an experienced and passionate Visa Counsellor to join our growing team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of study visa processes and excellent counselling skills to guide students for their international education journey.
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students for study abroad opportunities (Canada, UK, Australia, USA, New Zealand & Europe)
- Guide students regarding courses, universities, visa process, and documentation
- Handle admission and visa filing process professionally
- Follow up with students and maintain proper records
- Assist students in SOP, documentation, and application procedures
- Coordinate with universities and internal team members
- Provide accurate information and transparent guidance to clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor or Study Abroad Counsellor
- Strong communication and counselling skills
- Knowledge of student visa processes and documentation
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally
- Good teamwork and follow-up skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
