Job Summary
Nagarjuna Travels is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell travel packages, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be passionate about the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and tour execution.
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and promotional offers.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share progress with the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in travel sales or tour package sales.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Salary
Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
Location: Nagarjuna Travels Office
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
