Job Title: Safety Officer
Location: Chembur
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Industry: Residential & Commercial Construction Projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce safety standards at residential and commercial project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory safety regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions for workers and staff.
- Maintain safety documentation, reports, and records.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases; prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all workers.
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors regarding safety measures.
- Implement emergency response plans and conduct mock drills.
- Ensure fire safety systems and first-aid facilities are available and functional.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma/Degree in Safety Management or relevant certification (e.g., NEBOSH preferred).
- Good knowledge of construction safety norms and legal compliance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle on-site safety operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
