We’re Hiring – 1x Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to Managing Director
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organised Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to Managing Director to support day-to-day business and administrative operations. If you are excellent at communication, multitasking, coordination, and managing tasks independently, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Providing direct administrative support to the Managing Director
Managing emails, calendars, appointments, and meetings
Handling day-to-day office and business support tasks
Coordinating meetings through Google Meet, Teams and Outlook
Managing documents, reports, and Google Drive files
Responding to emails, messages, and client queries promptly
Supporting recruitment, payroll, and operational activities
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Preparing presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel
Coordinating with internal teams and external clients
Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication skills
Strong computer and administrative skills
Proficient in Google Meet, Google Drive, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel
Good multi-tasking and organisational abilities
Proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented approach
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Strong time management skills
Working Hours:
12:15 PM - 10:00 PM IST
Working Days:
Monday - Friday and Alternate Saturdays

Near IIM Road, Ahmedabad
Mandatory - Work from Office
