Candidates must have good knowledge of facility management services and must have good communication & problem-solving skills.
· Should be able to manage a team of 30 to 45 people (Security, Housekeeping, Gardening, Operators & Technicians), and maintain good rapport with the clients & employees.
· Project coordination with vendors, ensure timely project execution within budget & report to the management team
· Prioritise work as per the management instructions, follow the SLA & escalation process
· Ensure the handover and take-over work activities during shift change over between technicians/BMS and amongst AFMs
· Ensure customer compliance is attended to on time by technicians, tickets are closed within SLA
· Incident report detailed report with RCA
· Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns Supervise the logbooks, checklists, and schedules
· Knowledge about DG, Elevator, and STP is added advantage
