At Twenty20 Systems, we are looking for a Solution Architect – Integration (Pre-Sales & Delivery) who can bridge the gap between business, technology, and client success.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong integration architecture expertise with client-facing consulting, solutioning, and delivery leadership. You will play a key role in shaping client solutions, driving technical discussions, building scalable architectures, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise integration programs.
This is a role for someone who enjoys owning the solution end-to-end — from pre-sales conversations to delivery execution.

Lead solution architecture and technical consulting for enterprise integration opportunities.

Work closely with sales, customers, and internal teams to understand requirements and design scalable integration solutions.

Drive pre-sales activities including solutioning, technical proposals, architecture diagrams, effort estimation, and client presentations.

Design and review API-led, event-driven, and iPaaS-based integration architectures across enterprise applications.

Support delivery teams in ensuring architecture alignment, best practices, and successful implementation.

Provide technical leadership across integration design, troubleshooting, governance, and production support.

Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to solve business challenges through integration-led digital transformation.

Mentor engineering teams and contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and delivery playbooks.

Understand our product, integration ecosystem, and customer requirements.

Start leading client solution discussions and pre-sales technical conversations.

Support ongoing delivery programs with architecture guidance and solution oversight.

Build strong alignment across sales, product, engineering, and customer teams.

Leading end-to-end integration solutioning for key customer opportunities.

Acting as a trusted technical advisor during both pre-sales and delivery stages.

Driving architecture best practices and reusable integration frameworks.

Contributing to business growth by enabling stronger technical solutioning and client confidence.

8–12 years of experience in enterprise integration, solution architecture, pre-sales, or delivery leadership roles.

Strong expertise in Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, WSO2, TIBCO, or similar iPaaS/integration platforms.

Deep understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, OAuth, middleware architecture, API gateways, and integration security.

Experience in client-facing solutioning, technical consulting, architecture design, and effort estimation.

Strong exposure to enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Snowflake, Shopify, etc.

Good understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and scalable integration patterns.

Experience in creating technical proposals, architecture diagrams, SOWs, and client presentations.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills.
