Role Overview
The Manager – Strategic HR & Organizational Development will be responsible for driving Edgistify's people agenda across Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Experience, and Strategic HR Initiatives.
This role goes beyond traditional HR operations and focuses on building a future-ready organization by aligning people strategies with business objectives. The incumbent will act as a trusted business partner to leadership teams and play a critical role in shaping the company's culture, talent ecosystem, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans.
- Lead hiring across Corporate, Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Leadership roles.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce requirements and succession needs.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to position Edgistify as an employer of choice.
- Build campus hiring, internship, and management trainee programs.
- Improve recruitment efficiency through analytics, automation, and process optimization.
- Establish talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-hire roles.
2. Organizational Development & Capability Building
- Design and implement Organizational Development frameworks that support scale and business transformation.
- Lead competency mapping and role architecture initiatives across functions.
- Develop career progression frameworks and internal mobility programs.
- Build leadership development and managerial effectiveness programs.
- Create learning journeys for individual contributors, managers, and future leaders.
- Drive organizational restructuring and change management initiatives when required.
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning discussions.
3. Performance Management & Talent Development
- Own and continuously improve the Performance Development System (PDS).
- Drive goal setting, OKRs, performance reviews, and talent calibration exercises.
- Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and development opportunities.
- Establish robust feedback and coaching mechanisms.
- Design performance improvement frameworks and interventions.
- Ensure alignment between performance outcomes and rewards.
4. Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience
- Champion Edgistify's culture, values, and leadership principles.
- Design employee engagement programs that improve retention and belonging.
- Drive employee listening initiatives, surveys, and action planning.
- Create programs focused on recognition, rewards, and employee well-being.
- Build a strong culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and innovation.
5. HR Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.
- Support organization design, workforce productivity, and team effectiveness initiatives.
- Provide insights through people analytics and workforce dashboards.
- Drive strategic interventions based on organizational health indicators.
- Ensure people decisions are aligned with business goals and growth priorities.
6. HR Analytics, Systems & Process Excellence
- Build data-driven HR practices and decision-making frameworks.
- Track and analyze workforce trends, hiring metrics, retention data, and performance insights.
- Improve HR systems, automation, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Establish governance and reporting mechanisms for leadership reviews.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Certifications in OD, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Coaching will be an advantage.
Experience
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong exposure to both Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development.
- Experience in startups, high-growth organizations, logistics, supply chain, technology, or consulting environments preferred.
- Proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives and organizational transformation.
