We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Admin to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess good organizational skills, maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone calls.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and administrative documents.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement activities.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
