We are seeking an experienced Stress Engineer with 3-15 years of experience in aerospace structural analysis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), component sizing, and airframe structural analysis using industry-standard engineering tools. Experience in optimizing structural performance, conducting hand calculations, and supporting aircraft development programs is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural and stress analysis of aerospace components.
- Create Detailed Finite Element Models (DFEM) and Global Finite Element Models (GFEM).
- Conduct static and dynamic structural analysis.
- Optimize structures for weight reduction and performance.
- Perform hand calculations to validate engineering analysis.
- Prepare technical reports and support design validation activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–15 years of experience in aerospace stress/structural analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Hands-on experience with NASTRAN, PATRAN, and HyperMesh.
- Experience in component sizing and airframe structural analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
