Role & responsibilities
- Good knowledge and experience in Python scripting
- Good exposure to PyTest and Playwright frameworks.
- Thorough understanding on API processing and should be able to analyze the errors.
- Good knowledge on Database query executions.
- Should have knowledge on Testing concepts, Test case preparations and Defect Life cycle
- Should have knowledge on patch testing and prod release testing.
- Good knowledge on API and UI automation using Selenium Python.
- Should be able to co-ordinate with Developers and Product/Business in understanding the requirements.
- Exposure towards Agile way of working.
- Should be ready for the demo and presentations on working deliverables.
- Should have knowledge on Jenkins integrations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in test automation, specifically with Python scripting and automation tools like Selenium and Playwright
- Strong hands-on experience with PyTest framework and API testing using Rest Assured
- Solid understanding of database querying to validate backend data integrity
- Comprehensive knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect management, and patch/prod release cycles
- Prior experience working within Agile teams and familiarity with sprint ceremonies and tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
