Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, or software.
- Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Update existing records and create new records as required.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
- Prepare reports and summaries when required.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, and Internet).
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
- 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of data management.
- Familiarity with Excel formulas and spreadsheets is an advantage.
