Job Description
We are looking for a Field Marketing Executive to handle product demos, client visits, field meetings, pitch presentations, and market feedback for Cybrik Solutions.
The role will include both office-based work and client-facing field work. When in office, the candidate will help prepare demo pitches, understand client requirements, coordinate with the internal team, improve demo flow, and update demo remarks. During client visits or online meetings, the candidate will present Cybrik’s IELTS, PTE, CRM, and EdTech platforms to potential clients.
This role is suitable for someone who is confident, presentable, well-spoken, comfortable meeting business owners and institute heads, and interested in B2B sales, marketing, and software products.
MBA will be considered a preferred benchmark, but final selection will depend on communication skills, confidence, product understanding, practical thinking, and performance in interview-based tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct product demos for Cybrik’s IELTS, PTE, CRM, and EdTech platforms.
- Visit IELTS/PTE institutes, coaching centres, consultants, and business clients for demos and meetings.
- Present the product in a clear, simple, and business-focused manner.
- Explain how the platform helps institutes reduce trainer workload, improve student tracking, standardise scoring, and manage students more efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Executive before every demo to understand client details and requirements.
- Prepare demo flow and pitch points according to the client profile.
- Support online demos when required.
- Handle basic client questions during demos.
- Note client feedback, objections, requirements, and feature suggestions.
- Update detailed demo remarks after every meeting.
- Mark demo outcomes such as hot, warm, cold, interested later, not interested, or follow-up required.
- Share field feedback with the senior team.
- Help improve the product pitch based on real client conversations.
- Assist in preparing demo scripts, objection-handling notes, and FAQs.
- Support follow-ups after demos along with the Marketing Executive.
- Help schedule second meetings or senior-level discussions for serious leads.
- Identify common market problems faced by coaching institutes and education businesses.
- Share content and campaign ideas based on client objections and field insights.
- Maintain professional presentation and communication during all client interactions.
- Represent Cybrik Solutions professionally in field meetings, demos, and client discussions.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
