Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Bench Sales Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in marketing IT consultants on the bench. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US IT staffing, excellent vendor relationships, and the ability to place consultants on C2C/W2 contracts efficiently. This role requires deep understanding of the US job market, technologies, and compliance practices.

Responsibilities
· Market and place bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) with vendors and clients across the US.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
· Analyze job requirements and match them with available consultants’ skill sets.
· Submit profiles with proper formatting, ensuring quick turnaround and quality submissions.
· Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with vendors and clients.
· Coordinate with consultants for interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes.
· Track submissions, interviews, and placements using internal tools/trackers.
· Ensure compliance with US staffing laws and documentation.
· Maintain an active pipeline of open requirements and available consultants.
· Follow up regularly with vendors for submission status and closures.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets.
Job Requirements
Education/Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or related field.
· Relevant certifications in recruitment/staffing (optional but preferred).
Experience
· 3–5 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing.
· Proven track record of successful consultant placements.
· Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
· Strong understanding of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and employment types.
Pay: ₹10,037.68 - ₹42,644.55 per month
