Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and technically strong Matured Trainee (MT) Engineers who are eager to build a career in automation technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn emerging technologies in the automation and AI ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and support automation solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Work on application development, integration, and automation projects.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
Learn and adopt AutomationEdge products, platforms, and industry best practices.
Maintain project documentation and adhere to development standards.
Required Technical Skills
Programming experience in one or more of the following:
RPA, Java, Selenium, C / C++, PHP, .NET, Python
Strong understanding of:
Windows and/or Linux Operating Systems, Databases and SQL Queries
Web Technologies:
HTML5, CSS, Angular, Web APIs
Scripting:
JavaScript, VBScript
Required Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related discipline.
