Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at our Apple Store – iNSPiRE, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and promoting Apple’s innovative products. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and contributing to the store’s overall success. You will be an Apple brand ambassador, passionate about technology, and dedicated to delivering the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations and demonstrations.
- Sales Achievement: Drive sales by actively promoting Apple products and services, meeting or exceeding store targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products, services, and promotions, and effectively communicate this to customers.
- Customer Support: Provide post-purchase support, including setup assistance, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Store Presentation: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including product displays and merchandising.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to achieve shared goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock management, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing inventory as needed.
- Customer Relationships: Build long-term relationships with customers by providing personalized service and follow-up communication.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the technology or electronics sector. Experience with Apple products is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly. Proficiency in using technology and an understanding of Apple’s ecosystem.
