- Sourcing on the allotted Requirements.
- Must have 1+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Co-ordination regarding the interviews with the Candidates.
- Maintaining a professional relationship with all the Candidates.
- Taking care of the Follow-ups.
- Prior proven experience in handling more volume of requirements per day.
- Excellent existing contacts with candidates.
- Must be able to do technical screening.
- Use various job boards effectively to identify and recruit qualified candidates.
- Proven expertise in managing the recruitment lifecycle.
Experience: 1.5yrs – 4yrs
