Role Overview
The Tele Caller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and parents, introducing Tia Study Abroad’s services, and scheduling counselling sessions. This role is crucial for lead generation and maintaining positive client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to promote study abroad programs.
- Handle inbound queries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
- Schedule appointments for counselling sessions and follow up on leads.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
- Collaborate with counsellors and the marketing team to maximize student enrollments.
- Provide feedback from calls to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Persuasive, confident, and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
