Job Summary
The Laser Machine Operator is responsible for operating CNC laser cutting machines to produce precision components as per drawings and specifications. The role includes machine setup, operation, quality inspection, and routine maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC laser cutting machines (fiber/CO₂) efficiently and safely
- Load and unload raw materials such as sheets, plates, or tubes
- Interpret technical drawings, job orders, and cutting plans
- Set machine parameters (cutting speed, power, gas pressure, etc.)
- Monitor machine performance and ensure continuous production
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to maintain quality standards
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or deviations
- Maintain proper documentation of production and inspection records
- Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
