Position: Visa & Sales Executive

This role combines visa processing with strong revenue generation responsibilities, with a primary focus on maximizing add-on service sales per customer. The candidate will not only assist clients with visas but also actively upsell complementary services to increase overall business revenue.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation (Primary Focus)
- Convert inbound leads into paying customers
- Achieve monthly revenue targets with strong focus on add-on sales
- Actively upsell:
- Travel insurance
- Forex/travel cards
- Flight & hotel bookings
- Premium/super-fast visa services
- Document assistance & doorstep services
- Holiday packages & tours
- Ensure high attachment rate (add-ons per customer)
- Identify upselling opportunities during every customer interaction
- Pitch bundled packages to maximize revenue
- Maintain daily sales pipeline and follow-ups
Visa Processing Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end visa application process
- Verify and review documents
- Guide clients on visa requirements and timelines
- Coordinate with embassies/visa centers
- Track applications and provide updates
Customer Experience
- Provide consultation to clients on visa + travel needs
- Build long-term relationships for repeat business
- Handle objections and close sales effectively
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while maximizing revenue
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
