Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary voice of our organization, connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our services/products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive track record, and a positive attitude toward driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate outbound calls daily to prospective clients from provided leads/databases.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Pitch products/services effectively, identify customer needs, and qualify prospective leads.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build a positive rapport with customers, handle queries professionally, and follow up diligently on interested leads.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer call logs, status updates, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volumes and conversion targets.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the field sales or advisory teams to pass on high-quality, verified leads for closures.
- Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or BPO. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
