We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager with strong experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO), paid advertising campaigns, and content strategy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, running paid campaigns, analyzing performance, and improving brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
- Manage daily social media activities including content planning, posting, engagement, and community management.
- Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads (preferred)
- LinkedIn Ads (added advantage)
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve goals such as lead generation, traffic, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using metrics like CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trends monitoring.
- Coordinate with content designers, video editors, and marketing teams for creative development.
- Create monthly social media calendars and performance reports.
- Improve organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Test different ad creatives, copies, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve results.
- Manage social media queries, comments, and customer interactions professionally.
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, algorithms, and advertising policies.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of SMO strategies and social media algorithms.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns and paid advertising optimization.
- Good understanding of targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
