Job Title: Telecaller / Appointment Setter – Digital Marketing
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to connect with potential clients and educate them on the importance of digital marketing solutions. The role involves outbound calling, pitching services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data
- Explain the benefits of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, online advertising, etc.)
- Understand client needs and generate interest in digital solutions
- Fix qualified appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects to ensure appointment confirmations
- Handle client queries professionally and build positive relationships
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (training can be provided)
- Confidence in speaking over the phone and handling objections
- Ability to meet daily/weekly call and appointment targets
- Basic computer knowledge
Preferred:
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
- Experience in outbound calling or lead generation

Role Objective:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
