Brand Servicing Manager – Franchise Sales

We’re expanding and looking for a Brand Servicing Manager to own the end-to-end closure of franchise deals for our assigned brand.
If you have a hunter mindset, strong closing ability, and know how to nurture leads into signed franchise agreements, we want you on board.
What you’ll do:
- Own franchise lead pipeline for your assigned brand and convert prospects into signed franchisees
- Service existing franchise partners to ensure brand standards, growth, and retention
- Work closely with marketing, ops, and legal to move deals from inquiry to execution
- Represent the brand professionally in meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Who you are:
- 1–5+ years in franchise sales, business development, or channel sales
- Proven track record of closing B2B deals or high-ticket partnerships
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable with targets, CRM tools, and working independently
- Prior experience in F&B, retail, education, Beauty & wellness, Healthcare or services franchise is a plus
Salary: Max 6 lac ( although No limit for Right FIT)
