Job Description:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement of electrical, solar, and infrastructure project materials for our EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding of electrical/solar materials, vendor sourcing capabilities, and commercial negotiation skills, along with the ability to build and manage a reliable vendor network across India.
Responsibilities:
- Procure materials for Electrical EPC and Renewable Energy projects, including HT/LT cables, panels, transformers, switchgear, and solar modules
- Float RFQs and obtain competitive quotations from vendors
- Prepare comparative statements and techno-commercial evaluations
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and warranties
- Develop and onboard new vendors and OEMs
- Manage purchase orders from release until delivery
- Coordinate with project, design, stores, and accounts teams
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in Electrical, Solar, or EPC industries
- Good knowledge of electrical/solar materials and market trends
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and comparative statement preparation
- Good communication skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
