Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Identify, approach, and onboard referral partners including pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, wellness centers, gyms, insurance advisors, and corporate organizations.
* Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and strategic partnerships.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Drive revenue growth through partnerships and business development initiatives.
Corporate Sales
* Present and pitch Gleuhr’s services to corporates and institutions.
* Generate leads and schedule client meetings.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
* Manage the sales process from lead generation to successful onboarding.
Partner Network Development
* Build and manage a referral partner ecosystem.
* Train partners on Gleuhr services and referral processes.
* Ensure regular engagement and activation of partners.
* Monitor partner performance and support revenue generation.
Reporting & Target Achievement
* Maintain CRM and sales records.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
* Achieve assigned revenue and partnership targets.
Required Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Preferred Experience
* 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Channel Sales, Healthcare Sales, Pharma Sales, Insurance Sales, or Corporate Partnerships.
* Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, insurance, wellness, or startup environments will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
* Graduate in any discipline.
* MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred but not mandatory.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Minimum 20 partner meetings per day.
* Minimum 10 new partner onboardings per week.
* Achievement of monthly revenue targets.
* Generation of qualified referral leads.
* Maintenance of active partner relationships.

Sr. Business Expansion Manager

Timing- 9:30 to 7 pm (Monday to Saturday ) Sunday off .
