Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and service management teams to facilitate issue resolution.
- Oversee the implementation of change requests and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software components.
- Experience in incident and problem management within complex IT environments.
- Ability to create and manage Requests for Change and update technical documentation effectively.
- Skilled in collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with operational stability practices and business continuity strategies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
