Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, institutional, infrastructure, and government sectors.
- Build a strong pipeline of high-value projects and strategic accounts.
- Expand business through direct sales, channel partners, consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and system integrators.
Sales Leadership
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Prepare annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
- Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and techno-commercial discussions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value deals.
- Ensure timely collections and healthy receivables.
Key Account Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, Plant Heads, Procurement Heads, Project Heads, Facility Managers, and Government authorities.
- Manage strategic customer accounts to maximize repeat business.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective coordination with internal teams.
Market Development
- Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend appropriate market strategies.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Develop channel partners, distributors, and strategic alliances to increase market penetration.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with the Product Development, Engineering, Projects, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide customer feedback to support product enhancements and new product development.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and management dashboards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
