Admissions Executive

Role Overview
We are hiring energetic and result-oriented Admissions Executives to support lead generation, digital engagement, and parent conversion efforts for our campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for admissions
- Conduct parent counseling sessions and follow-ups
- Support lead generation activities (schools, events, campaigns)
- Assist in managing social media pages and lead responses (DMs/WhatsApp)
- Support execution of digital campaigns and online promotions
- Assist in organizing campus events and outreach programs
- Maintain accurate data in Excel/CRM systems
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, telecalling, digital marketing, or customer-facing roles
- Basic understanding of:
- Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
- Handling leads from ads or online campaigns
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident in speaking with parents and students
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willing to work in field and event-based activities
- Good presentation skills (offline & online)
- Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM tools
Languages
- Any South Indian Language (Mandatory)
- English (Mandatory)
Compensation
20 to 40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Location
Vellore (On-site)
