முக்கியப் பொறுப்புகள் – பிளம்பிங் வேலைகள் (Plumbing):
- புதிய குளியலறை குழாய்கள் (Bathroom pipes), வாஷ்பேசின் (Washbasin) மற்றும் கழிவுநீர் குழாய்கள் (Drainage pipes) போன்றவற்றை அமைப்பதன் மூலம் கட்டிடப் புதுப்பித்தல் பணிகளுக்கு முழு ஆதரவளித்தல்.
- குளியலறை குழாய்கள், வாஷ்பேசின் மற்றும் கழிவுநீர் குழாய்களில் ஏற்படும் பழுதுகளைப் பார்ப்பது மற்றும் அவற்றைச் சீராகப் பராமரிப்பது.
- Additional responsibilities:
- Support building renovation work which may involve minor civil work like wall cutting for new electrical/water pipe laying
- Support electrical maintenance activities at Hotel such as switch, light, fan fixing etc.
- Maintenance technician capable of performing both electrical and plumbing maintenance will be given preference
- Work hours are 9AM to 7PM, however on emergency the employee must be willing to work night shift
கூடுதல் பொறுப்புகள் (Additional Responsibilities):
- புதிய மின்சாரக் கம்பிகள் அல்லது தண்ணீர்க் குழாய்கள் பதிப்பதற்காகச் சுவர்களை வெட்டுவது (Wall cutting) போன்ற சிறிய அளவிலான சிவில் வேலைகள் உள்ளிட்ட கட்டிடப் புதுப்பித்தல் பணிகளுக்கு உதவுதல்.
- ஹோட்டலில் உள்ள சுவிட்ச், விளக்குகள் (Lights), மின்விசிறி (Fan) போன்றவற்றை மாற்றுவது/பொருத்துவது போன்ற மின்சாரப் பராமரிப்புப் பணிகளுக்கு (Electrical maintenance) உதவுதல்.
- மின்சாரம் (Electrical) மற்றும் பிளம்பிங் (Plumbing) ஆகிய இரண்டு பராமரிப்பு வேலைகளையும் செய்யத் தெரிந்த நபர்களுக்கு முன்னுரிமை வழங்கப்படும்.
- வேலை நேரம் காலை 9:00 மணி முதல் இரவு 7:00 மணி வரை. எனினும், ஏதேனும் அவசரக் காலங்களில் (Emergency) இரவு நேரப் பணியில் (Night shift) ஈடுபடத் தயாராக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
