Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead franchise sales, acquisition and nationwide expansion for BoC, one of India’s fastest-growing youth food brands.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue through strong channel partnerships and scalable franchise models.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build long-term relationships with potential franchise partners and investors.
- Conduct franchise presentations, financial discussions, territory planning, and end-to-end deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing & finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and support for franchisees.
- Continuously track industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor landscape to refine expansion strategies.
- Manage franchise network performance and maintain strong partner satisfaction to drive sustainable unit growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or channel expansion with a proven record of closures.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with ownership and accountability.
- Experience in F&B/QSR, retail or franchise-driven sectors is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of the education/retail franchise ecosystem is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, data-driven decision-making, and passion for scaling disruptive brands.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
