We are creating India's first specialized sports storytelling production company. With a background in events and communication, we have an extensive network in the sports domain.
Core Role: Owns the soul of the Sports Storytelling Content studio
Responsibilities:
- Creative vision & content strategy
- Design original IPs – docs, short-form, talk shows, live/experiential formats
- Lead end-to-end production – scripting, shoots, post, budgets, crew
- Ensure cinematic quality & storytelling depth across all output
- Drive OTT pitches, platform relationships & commissioning
- Build and lead the creative & production team
- Create a scalable content engine (not one-off projects)
We are looking for a Co-Founder profile who is ready to work on basic salary + equity + variables, as we are currently just in seed-funded stage. Once we have raised further funds (likely within 6 months), appropriate full salary would be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
