1) Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
2) Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
3) Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors at site
4) Inspect and test materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications
5) Implement quality checklists and quality assurance plans
6) Identify defects or deviations and ensure corrective actions
7) Plan construction activities and schedule different phases of work
8) Estimate and arrange required manpower, materials, and equipment
9) Optimize resource utilization within budget constraints
10) Study drawings and identify discrepancies or design issues
11) Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams
12) Suggest practical solutions for design and execution challenges
13) Verify and certify contractor and subcontractor bills
14) Assist in client billing and quantity verification
15) Track variations, extra items, and cost overruns
16) Maintain site records including drawings, BOQs, DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), and material records
17) Track schedules, delays, modifications, and project milestones
18) Prepare and submit periodic progress and MIS reports
19) Ensure adherence to safety standards and site protocols
20) Identify safety risks and implement corrective measures
21) Promote a safe working environment at site
22) Guide and monitor contractor teams for proper execution
23) Ensure work is carried out as per design intent and quality standards
24) Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship quality
25) Identify issues proactively and provide solutions
26) Ensure timely resolution of site-related challenges
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
