Job Title:- New Product Development (NPD) Operator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable NPD Operator to join our innovation and engineering team. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in bringing new products from prototype stage to full-scale commercial manufacturing. You will set up and operate machinery for test runs, document process parameters, collect testing data, and collaborate closely with R&D engineers, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure smooth product launches.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Machine Operation & Setup: Set up, calibrate, and operate specialized manufacturing equipment and machinery for pilot runs, trial batches, and initial production builds.
- Trial Execution & Testing: Conduct trial runs according to R&D and engineering specifications; perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections on prototype units.
- Data Collection & Documentation: Accurately record process parameters, cycle times, yield rates, tool wear, and material performance during trials. Prepare build records and initial batch documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, tool fitment issues, or material defects during testing and provide feedback to engineers and project managers.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all prototype builds adhere to internal quality standards, customer specifications, ISO/GMP guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and minor equipment troubleshooting, identifying technical issues early to minimize downtime during testing.
- Handover & Training: Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for full-scale production staff once designs are finalized.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical engineering drawings.
- Proficiency using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Basic computer skills for logging data and navigating ERP/MES systems.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to documenting measurements, changes, and operational nuances during test builds.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production).
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
