Good to have experience in Australia Payroll • Must be able to perform the below responsibilities- • Work with Business and HCM counterparts to gather & analyse the requirements map them with SuccessFactors system and infuse them in the respective workbooks. • Work on HR Transactions- Events and Event Reasons • Create Background Portlets and Custom MDF Objects • Configure Approval workflows • Configure Business Rules for validation and automation • Reporting- Generate ORD and Adhoc reports for client specific requirements • Document Generation for Letter Template requirements • Configure RBP groups and roles for key stakeholders employees and people leader • Collaborate with all the interface teams involved in the project architecture • Conduct system demonstrations and drive workshops • Must have extensive knowledge of Data Migration and should be able to perform the same to support the business with complex data update requirements • Post Go Live Support for SuccessFactors Employee Central- the above activities will be a part of support. Additionally work on required system changes upgrades maintenance support resolve queries and issues faced by end users business users and SMEs fixing any bugs or issues identified in the production system post go-live
