Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Care Executive to handle customer calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and support activities for KR Cables. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend incoming customer calls professionally
- Explain company products and services to customers
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints politely
- Make follow-up calls regarding orders, payments, and service updates
- Maintain customer records and call details
- Coordinate with sales and service teams
- Respond to customer queries through phone and WhatsApp
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build good relationships
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Basic English communication preferred
- Polite and patient attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/WhatsApp/Email)
- Ability to handle customers professionally
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma / HSC
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
