Job Summary
The Deputy Project Manager will assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, monitoring, and completing construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves coordinating with site teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Support the Project Manager in planning and executing project activities.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate daily site activities and resolve execution-related issues.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
Site Coordination
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, and material availability.
- Ensure smooth communication between site and head office.
Quality Control
- Ensure construction quality meets company and client requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and rectify quality issues promptly.
- Maintain quality records and project documentation.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox meetings.
- Ensure all statutory and client compliance requirements are followed.
Cost & Resource Management
- Assist in project budgeting and cost monitoring.
- Track material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate procurement requirements with the purchase department.
- Support billing, quantity verification, and contractor measurements.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Track project KPIs and highlight delays or risks.
- Maintain proper documentation including work orders, approvals, and site records.
Team Leadership
- Supervise Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Attend client meetings and project review meetings.
- Resolve technical and operational issues with clients and consultants.
- Maintain professional relationships with all project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- 8–12 years of experience in construction project execution.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Experience working on multiple construction sites is an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
