We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Logistics Marketing & Sales Specialist to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio. In this role, your primary mission will be to actively approach businesses across various industries, identify their supply chain needs, and promote our comprehensive suite of end-to-end logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Your main duty will be proactive business development and market outreach. Specific responsibilities include:
- B2B Outreach: Actively identify, target, and approach potential corporate clients (manufacturers, distributors, retailers, exporters/importers) to pitch our logistics services.
- Service Promotion: Effectively communicate and sell our core offerings, including:
- International Freight Forwarding (Air, Ocean, and Land)
- Customs Clearance & Compliance
- Documentation Support (Import/Export licensing, certificates of origin, etc.)
- Warehousing & Inventory Management
- Domestic & Cross-Border Transportation/Trucking
- Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, emailing, professional networking (e.g., LinkedIn), and in-person visits to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Client Need Assessment: Understand the unique supply chain pain points of prospective companies and offer customized logistics solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market freight rates to position our services competitively.
Qualifications & SkillsExperience & Education
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry. (Fresh graduates with a strong drive and excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver persuasive pitches to managers and decision-makers.
- Resilience & Persistence: A strong "hunter" mentality with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated during cold outreach.
- Negotiation: Excellent closing and negotiation skills to secure profitable deals.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
