· Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines for sales, operations,
Accounts, and EXIM documentation teams using professional
Networks and portals.
· Oversee seamless on boarding workflows, employee lifecycle tracking,
And comprehensive physical/digital record management.
· Coordinate closely with the administration and accounts departments.
· To verify attendance data and regularize monthly payroll metrics.
· Maintain high adherence to statutory compliance frameworks including
PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and local Maharashtra labor regulations.
· Act as a central focal point for employee grievances, workplace conflict
Mitigation and structural policy updates.
· Drive internal corporate culture through active implementation of
Performance appraisal cycles, KPI mapping, and training coordination.
· Organize progressive employee engagement calendars,
Corporate wellness drives, and strategic alignment initiatives
scale up workspace morale.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
