We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our training institute. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining course details and generating admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate course information.
- Explain course details, fees, batches, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Schedule counselling sessions and demo classes.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
