Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing dispatch, inventory flow, vendor coordination, and timely delivery processes while ensuring operational efficiency and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics, transportation, and dispatch operations
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, warehouse teams, and clients
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain inventory records and logistics documentation
- Optimize transportation routes and operational costs
- Resolve logistics-related issues and provide effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Prepare daily and monthly logistics performance reports
Requirements-
- Bachelor’s degree ( Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field) Preferred.
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Salary Range - 15000-25000
