Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Strategic Management at the Branch level
- Ensure that the Branch staffs constantly strives to realize the Company’s Vision and Mission by adhering to Company’s values and code of conduct.
- Manage the market research activity for both branch expansion and product development.
- Branch establishment monitoring and roll out of financial services by the company.
- Developing annual business plan and budget for the Branch –products and services, client growth, credit needs, cash flows, profitability; and indent funds accordingly – to be done in every February for the ensuing financial year.
- Set monthly / quarterly / annual targets for the Assistant Branch Managers in consultation with the Regional Manager (RM) and ensure Branch achieves its overall targets.
- Monitor performance of the Branch in achieving its targets and analyse variations from targets and report to the Senior Management. Support the Senior Management in decision making on target setting.
- Manage new product launch as per the directives of Head Office (HO).
- Identify opportunities for income generation activities for loan purpose to clients, facilitate market linkages for products and services.
- Monitoring overall performance of branch in loan origination till loan disbursements process of branch as well as PAR.
- Monitoring the performance of CSPs, ABMs and Periodic field visits to monitor operations performance at the field level.
- Conduct monthly review meetings of CSPs and ABMs.
