Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Personal Loan products to potential customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Maintain relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with banks and internal teams for loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
- Experience: 0 – 3 years in sales (Freshers can also apply).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Personal Loan products and bank policies is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
